Do I need to sign a contract?
One-off projects are 50% deposit to start, 50% on completion — and that's it. For the Website Care Plan, there's a 6-month minimum term (to cover domain and hosting costs we manage on your behalf), then it reverts to month-to-month with 30 days notice. No lock-in beyond that.
How long does a website take?
Starter sites go live within 48 hours of receiving your content and sign-off. Full builds typically take 5–10 business days depending on scope and feedback turnaround. We give you a clear timeline upfront and stick to it.
Do you work outside of Sydney?
Yes — we work with businesses across all of Australia. Everything is handled remotely and most projects require minimal back-and-forth. Regional businesses often see faster SEO results too — less competition, faster rankings.
What do I need to get started?
Not much. Your logo (if you have one), a few photos of your business or team, and a rough idea of what you want the site to say. We write the copy, handle all the technical setup, and guide you through the rest. No technical knowledge needed.
Can I update the site content?
Yes — minor content updates (text changes, new photos, updated hours or pricing) are included in the Website Care Plan. Just send us an email and we'll turn it around within one business day. To keep things manageable, we handle a reasonable number of minor update requests per month — anything larger we'll scope separately.
